REFUND POLICY

It is our job here at The Simple Grocer to make sure that you, our customers, are 100% happy with our products. Please know that our items are made from the best quality of raw materials and that those materials can change from season to season based on environmental elements.


If, by chance, you receive an item that is not “up to par,” we want to hear about it! Our very close working relationship with our suppliers enables us to take this feedback to them and make justified adjustments where needed.


If product is received that is damaged or incorrectly shipped, please notify our customer service department within 5 days of delivery. Day 1 is set as the Fed Ex delivery day confirmation. Pictures of damage and/or mis-ship will be required. Please email all requests along with pictures to customerservice@thesimplegrocer.com.


Due to the perishable nature of many of our items, returned goods will not be permitted unless requested by The Simple Grocer. If Items are requested to be returned, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. All goods must be returned in the original packaging or a comparable packaging unit. All returns must arrive back to Simple Grocer by day 15 after delivery date.


After 5 days, at our discretion we will offer a full/partial store credit or replacement product only.
